Training Sessions:

Important Changes to Lesson Fee’s.
As of Monday February 2nd the way in which we fund our training will change. The monthly payment will be an ongoing membership fee and is non-negotiable. The membership fee applies whether you train once or attend every session, and will work in a similar way to a Gym membership for example. There is no distinction between Adults or Juniors.  The monthly fee includes the cost of Insurance and Licence fees’.

Monthly Membership Fees

  • 1. One training session a week or a maximum of 4 Sessions in any Month £22 (£20 if paid by Standing Order)
  • 2. Open training plan – Students can attend all training sessions in any Month £30 (£28 if paid by Standing Order.)

Payment options

We will be offering the opportunity for Members to pay their monthly fees by Standing Order. If you wish to take advantage of this payment method then please ask for a form, if you opt for this payment method your monthly fees are reduced by £2 saving you £24 a year. (That’s a month free)

If you prefer to pay by Cheque or cash on a monthly basis then you may still do so at this time, however, we will be adopting payment by Standing Order to reduce administration costs and save time and to help ensure prompt payment. Fees are still payable on the first Monday or Thursday of every Month.  Late payments will now be subject to a surcharge of £2. (This is important as the new venue is more expensive and we need to have your membership fees in on time to allow us to pay our room fees on time)Standing Orders will be set to go out on the 1st of each month.

(please note that after the second training session you will NOT be covered by our training insurance and Stringer Jukado UK cannot be held responsible for any loss or injuries incurred, however caused if you have chosen not to take out a full membership.) Upon receipt of a completed membership form and the relevant fee's you are covered to train.

Gradings

Gradings are held on a regular basis three times a year and provided your attendance meets the required criteria and you have been signed off for all your techniques in your grading syllabus by an instructor, then you will be allowed to grade should you feel competent to do so. If successful in a Grading you will be awarded the relevant coloured belt pertaining to your new rank and a certificate of Grade – both of which are included in the Grade Test Fee’s. Black Belt also known as Dan Gradings are taken as and when required. Subject to strict criteria being met. Successful Black Belt candidates receive a Framed Dan Grade Certificate and an embroidered Black Belt. Dan Grades pay for their training once qualified but are expected to assist in teaching.
