We hope you have enjoyed what you have seen on this site so far and maybe you have considered comming down and either training with us or sitting in and watching for a session - if you would like to train with us simply turn up on a Tuesday juniors (14 or under 7 - 8pm) Adults 8 - 9pm or Thursday night (Adults only 7:00 - 8:30pm) at the location below (see map).
